REYNIT Game Studio Privacy Policy
1. Scope & Studio Principles
This Privacy Policy governs your use of the REYNIT website, standalone web game editions, interactive web demos (including SPARK: The Last Light and FAUL Sports Frenzy), our upcoming game showcase portals (RISE, PORTO LEONE, NIGHT SHIFT), and the REYNIT Player Support Helpdesk.
REYNIT operates under Astrovire. Our fundamental gaming philosophy is built on respect for players' time, imagination, and digital privacy. We design our web experiences and game demos to function seamlessly without forced account creation, unnecessary profiling, or predatory tracking scripts.
2. In-Game Data, Saves & Local Storage
When you play our browser-based games (such as SPARK: The Last Light or FAUL Sports Frenzy), the game client operates entirely within your browser sandboxed environment.
What Stays on Your Device:
- Checkpoint & Level Progression: The highest chapter or arena stage unlocked.
- Audio & Display Preferences: Master volume, sound effects toggle, fullscreen preferences.
- High Scores & Best Times: Local records achieved during arcade sports sessions.
This information is stored exclusively in your local browser storage (localStorage) and is never transmitted to or archived on external database servers without your explicit action. Clearing your browser cookies and site data will reset these local game saves.
3. Player Support Desk & Ticket Data
When you submit an inquiry, bug report, press review build request, or feedback message through the REYNIT Player Support portal or in-page support module, we collect the information necessary to resolve your issue:
- Contact Information: Your name and email address so our engineers can reply.
- Inquiry Context: Associated game title (e.g. SPARK, FAUL, RISE), topic category, and priority.
- System Environment: Operating system (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) and browser version to reproduce glitches.
- Issue Details: Your typed description of the bug, crash, or idea.
- Studio Tracking ID: A randomly generated reference code (e.g.
RYN-XXXXX) stored locally to allow client-side status lookups.
Support records are retained only as long as necessary to resolve technical issues and verify patch stability.
4. Telemetry, Crash Reports & Analytics
To maintain frame-rate stability, prevent asset loading bottlenecks, and identify fatal JavaScript exceptions in our web demos, our servers log aggregated, non-identifying technical parameters:
- Anonymous HTTP request logs (IP addresses are masked and anonymized).
- Aggregated browser user-agent strings (to optimize canvas rendering for WebGL).
- Crash diagnostic traces strictly limited to game engine exceptions.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Protecting the privacy of young players is of paramount importance. REYNIT games and web portals comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Article 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- We do not condition a child's participation in games on disclosing personal data.
- We do not display targeted or behavioral advertisements to minors.
- If a parent or legal guardian discovers that a child under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union) has provided contact information via our support desk, please contact us immediately at privacy@astrovire.com and we will promptly purge the information from our records.
6. Player Rights under GDPR & CCPA/CPRA
Regardless of your jurisdiction, REYNIT extends global privacy rights to all players:
- Right of Access: You may request a summary of any personal data associated with your email.
- Right to Rectification: You may correct inaccurate support details.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request permanent deletion of your support correspondence and ticket history.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not penalize, restrict gameplay, or degrade service quality for exercising your privacy rights.
7. Security & Data Retention
All data communications between your device and the REYNIT website are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Access to player support queues is restricted strictly to authorized engineering and community staff under non-disclosure obligations.
8. Contact & Privacy Requests
