REYNIT Terms of Service & EULA
1. Agreement & Studio Identity
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of video games, web demos, media assets, player support tools, and related digital services developed or published by REYNIT, an independent game development studio operated under Astrovire.
By playing our games (including SPARK: The Last Light, FAUL Sports Frenzy, and upcoming releases RISE, PORTO LEONE, NIGHT SHIFT) or using our website and support tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
REYNIT grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access, load, and play our game builds and web demos solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
License Restrictions:
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any REYNIT game binary, JavaScript bundle, or engine asset without prior written permission.
- You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute game software or assets as standalone commercial packages.
- You may not remove or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or watermark identifiers present in game builds.
3. Fair Play & Code of Conduct
We strive to foster a fun, challenging, and respectful environment across our arcade and competitive titles (such as FAUL Sports Frenzy) and community playtest channels:
- Zero Exploit Abuse: Knowingly exploiting physics glitches or manipulating game memory to distort leaderboard rankings or disrupt competitive play is prohibited.
- Respectful Communication: Players must not use the support portal or community playtest feedback forms to submit abusive, defamatory, harassing, or hate-fueled messages.
4. Content Creator, Streaming & Monetization Policy
Broadcasting Guidelines:
- Monetization Permitted: You may monetize your video gameplay streams and VODs via standard platform partner programs (e.g. YouTube AdSense, Twitch Subscriptions, Super Chats, and sponsorship integrations).
- No Paywalls on Full Games: You may not charge users directly to download our game builds or claim that you are selling the game itself.
- Credit & Attribution: Please include the name of the game (e.g. SPARK: The Last Light) and link back to
https://astrovire.com/reynit.htmlor the dedicated game page in your video description. - Early Press Builds: If you are provided with closed alpha or embargoed pre-release builds, you agree to honor the stated embargo date before publishing public footage.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All titles, storylines, characters, dialogue, graphics, audio, sound effects, musical compositions, animations, low-poly environments, trademarks, and logos associated with REYNIT, SPARK: The Last Light, FAUL Sports Frenzy, RISE, PORTO LEONE, and NIGHT SHIFT are the exclusive intellectual property of REYNIT and Astrovire.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by REYNIT.
6. User Feedback & Unsolicited Submissions
We cherish player feedback and game suggestions submitted through our support portal. To avoid future misunderstandings if upcoming games include concepts similar to player feedback:
Any ideas, suggestions, mechanics proposals, or bug reports submitted to REYNIT are provided on a non-confidential, royalty-free, perpetual basis. REYNIT shall be free to implement, adapt, and build upon feedback without financial compensation or attribution obligations.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
REYNIT games, web demos, and online portals are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While our engineers continually optimize performance and audio-visual fidelity, REYNIT does not guarantee that web demos will function uninterrupted or error-free on every hardware or browser configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REYNIT and Astrovire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our games.
8. Governing Law & Studio Inquiries
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing digital entertainment and consumer agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
